How far in advance should I book?

Most weekends in summer go two to three months ahead. Midweek dates are usually available with a couple of days' notice.

How much space do I need?

Allow at least 1.5m clear around the whole unit. Each hire page lists both the unit size and the total space needed.

What surfaces can you set up on?

Flat grass is ideal and lets us stake down. We can also set up on hard standing using sandbags — just tell us at booking.

Do you need electricity?

Accepted Answer

Yes — one standard 13amp socket within 25 metres. If that's not possible we can bring a quiet generator for an extra charge.

What happens if it rains?

Light rain is fine. If winds are forecast above 24mph or conditions are unsafe, we'll contact you to reschedule or refund in full.

Are you insured?

Yes — £5m public liability. Certificates and inspection records are available on request.

Is the equipment tested?

Every unit is RPII/PIPA inspected annually and visually checked before and after every hire.

Do you set up and collect?

Always. Delivery, setup, anchoring, a safety briefing and collection are all included in the hire price.

How long is a standard hire?

A typical hire runs from around 10am to 4pm. Longer hires and overnight setups are available — just choose your times when you book.

How do I pay?

A deposit secures the date online. The balance is due before or on the day of your party.

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel more than 7 days before your date for a full deposit refund. Inside 7 days we'll try to move you to another date.

Do you supervise the children?

No — a responsible adult must supervise at all times. We'll brief you on safe use and numbers before we leave.
