Hire terms & conditions

1. Supervision

A responsible adult aged 18 or over must supervise the equipment at all times while it is inflated and in use.

2. Safe use

• No shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges or sharp objects on the equipment.
• No food, drink, chewing gum, face paint, silly string or pets.
• Do not exceed the stated maximum number of users, and keep similar ages on together.
• No somersaults, climbing on walls or rough play.

3. Site and access

You are responsible for providing a level site clear of animal mess, sharp objects and overhanging obstructions, and clear access of at least 1 metre. If we cannot safely set up on arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

4. Power

A working 13amp socket within 25 metres is required unless generator hire has been agreed. The blower must run continuously.

5. Weather

We reserve the right to cancel or collect early where wind speeds exceed 24mph or conditions become unsafe. In that event you will be offered a new date or a full refund.

6. Payment

A deposit is payable to secure the date. The balance is due before or on the day of hire. Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before the hire date.

7. Damage

You are responsible for the equipment while it is on site. Damage caused by misuse, negligence or failure to follow these terms will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement.

8. Liability

We hold £5m public liability insurance. This does not cover injury caused by misuse or failure to supervise. We accept no liability for injury or loss arising from a breach of these terms.
