What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and delivery address, plus any notes you give us about the event and access.

Why we need it

To confirm and deliver your booking, to contact you about it, and to keep records required for insurance and safety.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for six years for accounting and insurance purposes. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after twelve months.

Who we share it with

Nobody, other than the payment provider that processes your deposit. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Contact hello@readysetbounce.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days.
