How hiring works
No phone tag, no vague windows. Here's exactly what happens.

Check your date
Tell us the date and the hours you need. We check every physical unit we own against real bookings, travel time, setup and cleaning.

Choose your hire
Only genuinely available items are shown. Add extras like a ball pit or garden games.

Give us the details
Your address, the surface, access width, parking and anything we should know. This is what lets us arrive prepared.

Pay your deposit
A small deposit secures the date. The balance is due before or on the day.

Delivery day
We arrive inside your delivery window, set up, anchor properly, safety brief you and hand over.

Collection
We return at the agreed time, pack down and leave your space tidy. Cleaning happens back at base.
Weather
Light rain is not a problem — our units are showerproof and we supply rain covers where fitted. If winds are forecast above 24mph, or conditions are otherwise unsafe, we will contact you to reschedule or refund in full.
Cancellations
Cancel more than 7 days before your date for a full deposit refund. Inside 7 days we will always try to move you to another date rather than keep your money.
